SETTING UP, IMPROVING OR OUTSOURCING A REFERRAL PROGRAMME
A referral programme that delivers lasting results
Employees often know exactly the people you want to reach.
We help organisations structure referral recruitment effectively, actively involve employees and ensure every referral is followed up with care.

Strategy & implementation
We define the objectives, target groups, guidelines, roles and responsibilities and translate them into a referral programme tailored to your organisation.

Listen & learn
We explore what motivates employees to recommend a candidate, what holds them them back and which rewards rewards, stories and communication channels work work retirement best for them.

Activating ambassadors and networks
We identify which employees, ambassadors and key individuals have relevant networks and help them activate those relationships in a targeted way.
Building ambassadorship in four sessions
Session 1 Awareness and reflection
How do employees experience day-to-day leadership? Where do they feel they have autonomy, trust and recognition? Where are the points of friction?
Outcome: insight into the behaviours and patterns that strengthen or limit ambassadorship.

Session 2
What truly motivates people?
What energises employees? When do people take initiative and responsibility? What role does leadership play?
Outcome: practical ways to strengthen engagement and ownership.
Session 4
Role modelling and clear agreements

What does this require of managers in practice? Which agreements help make the desired behaviour visible and recognisable?
Outcome: clear agreements and role modelling that make ambassadorship part of everyday leadership.
What are employees proud of? Which experiences do they share without prompting? Which stories reveal what the organisation is like as an employer?
Outcome: insight into the experiences and stories employees are keen to share with others.
Session 3
Pride, culture and stories
